Ingredients: 

2 Pieces firm tofu, drained and pats dried with paper towel
1 Large green mango, peeled and shredded
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
Dash of black pepper
¼ Cup vegetarian fish sauce

Direction: 

Rubs soy sauce on both sides tofu, sprinkles with black pepper and cook on hot grill till both sides tofu golden brown.
Put shredded mango on a plate, add grilled tofu on top and pour vegetarian fish sauce over. Serve immediately with rice.
