Keo Pich Pisey’s marriage broken

Living together very short time after getting married, a married couple is broken after news leaked that Keo Pich Pisey’s husband had wife and kids already in Australia. Other source alleged Pisey to have tricked her husband’s money. The same source goes on that before marry, her husband supported her lots of money in order to run wedding embellishment shop and also spent on wedding arrangement.

Pisey’s husband, Chantha Srey, returned to Australia alone. But she didn’t go with him and also is preparing legal document to divorce him.

Her wedding celebration was held on October 31, 2009 but bridegroom’s mother did not join the wedding by claiming that she has serious disease in Australia.

The Nature Magazine interviewed with Keo Pich Pisey’s mother, Keo Sina, she clarified that “my daughter agreed to wed because she believed him to be single, have no wife or kids. But what my son-in-law told and promised is a nasty trickery.”

She also demonstrated the tricks and lies that “first, he promised to offer a lot of money and dowry to my daughter, I said that I don’t demand excessive amount but it is of reasonable. Secondly, his mother could not join wedding. He told a lie that his mother is seriously sick but she is not because she dislikes the behavior of her son, who does not respect her advice. Thirdly, my son-in-law lied to us that he is single and has no wife or kids. In fact, he has two children and he has obligation to feed and support $1,000 every month to his kids until they have the age of 18 in Australia.”

Keo Sina continued that “after getting marriage, we just knew my son-in-law owed a lot of debts in Australia and he sold his bakery in order to pay debt, but not pay off. That is a matter that my daughter didn’t agree to live with him in Australia. In addition, my daughter [Pisey] will be responsible to feed his kids and to help pay his debt.”

Until now, the bridegroom’s family still doesn’t respond to what Pisey’s mother alleged.
